Express Yourself at the Art Barn Wedding in Saugatuck, Michigan
Built in the 1880's, The Artbarn was the only location for this amazing family wedding. Owners and creators of this special place in our community celebrated the wedding of their daughter Ashley and son in law Jason.
Ashley and Jason had a romantic engagement session as they danced in the rain at Oval Beach. Their wedding day was filled with blue skies and sunshine! There are so many people that worked together to make this wedding overflow in beauty, art, and love. I remeber the beautiful toast by the mother of the bride(Carole Selner). She thanked and raved about all the family and friends that rallied together to make this wedding possible. You could feel the sense of community and connection in the air. Every detail celebrated the passion this family has for art and each other.
I would like to say what an amazing job each of the venders did! Bsck to theFuchsia flower shopw from Saugatuck created gorgeous lower arrangements. (You have to see the flower chandeliers..WOW). Catered Creations did an outstanding job catering and creating a reception that was one of a kind. Drop 35 rocked the night aand the biggest tent of my wedding carier award goes to Canopeum. It was a perfect afternoon and evening.
I want to say a personal thank you to Laura and Melaine Durham from Millpond Realty that helped us in a last minute crunch to get Ashley across the river for our first look session. We had planned for the Saugatuck Chain Ferry but it was closed due to high winds. Thank you for connecting us with William Hendericks that so graciously came to the rescue!
